Helen Karchner is the CEO and co-Founder of KMR (2003). Helen is an expert in both corporate and academic communication, which enhances research and design expertise. She engages this unique talent while initiating and cultivating our KMR-Client strategic relationships. Over the past 31 years, she formally moderated a variety of qualitative research methodologies, in a myriad of venues, including almost two decades at WCU. Some of the industries for which she has conducted strategic research include healthcare, academia, financial, insurance, and B2B, in both the profit & non-profit sectors. As the former Benefit Specialist at John Hancock Insurance, and then later Employee Injury Manager at Community HealthCare, Helen managed the adjudication of their multi-million dollar accounts, and risk management program implementation, respectively. Additionally, Helen drafted medical documentation used for litigated settlements for John Hancock Insurance. As a University Professor for Temple Univ., WCU, Ursinus College, and the Texas College Consortium, she spent nearly 25 years enjoying her passion, in both the corporate and collegiate sectors. Her passion included coaching and training speakers and presenters, which ultimately gained her national recognition. Helen holds a BS in Liberal Studies dual major (Chemistry/Biology & Marketing/Management) with a Minor in Speech Communication, and a Masters in Human Resource Administration from West Chester University.
